The ability to easily move our shoulders is something most of us don't think about. Whether it's getting dressed, walking the dog, putting away shopping, typing at work or playing sports and exercising, we move our arms and shoulders almost constantly. The shoulder joint is surprisingly complex, with a web of ligaments, muscles and tendons holding everything together, and a severe injury here can be disastrous.
