When it comes to your health,
you want to be in the best hands
Let's face it, everyone has an idea about what you should do when you're injured, but who can you really trust?
Your family love you to bits, but should you really ice that bad knee?
Your friends are great, but is spending a week in bed after pulling your back the best idea?
And who do you turn to when that shoulder pain just won't go away?

I get it.
My name's Anna, and I'm a Corrective Pain Specialist.
I know, everyone's got fancy titles these days, right?
I am trained as a Registered Massage Therapist, which means I know all about how the human body works, and all the little things that can go wrong, and how to help heal them.
But I realised pretty quickly that the techniques I'd learnt were tremendously slow at helping people get back to living their lives. My clients were frustrated, and so was I. Massage helped, sure, but it would take endless appointments before they'd experience real, long lasting, positive change, rather than feel a bit better for a couple of days and then be back on my table. My clients wanted to get better fast, and I knew there must be something better out there for them.
Then I discovered RAPID NeuroFascial Reset. RAPID is a manual therapy technique designed especially for treating pain and injury. Not just the obvious stuff like bad backs, or sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow or shoulder pain. It can also help with persistent pain, or injuries that happened decades ago that have never quite healed, even long term medical conditions like arthritis.
RAPID was the missing piece I'd be looking for, and as soon as I qualified as a RAPID therapist, I started to do what I'd always wanted to do - help people in pain quickly and efficiently.
My clients were over the moon and so was I!
