Being able to walk without pain is something that most of us take for granted, but when you find you can't, then often orthotics are suggested as the answer. Costly, bulky and unusable with certain style of shoes, orthotics can become a painful prison sentence all by themselves.
This was the situation that Dana found herself in, after fifteen years of wearing orthotics, before she found her way to me at Chelsea Street Wellness in Calgary.

Dana says, "Before seeing Anna for RAPID NFR, not only had I been wearing orthotics in all of my footwear for 15 years but I also couldn’t walk even a block without them. I’d suffer from shin splints and debilitating foot pain for days if I didn’t wear my orthotics for even short periods of time, so when Anna suggested that she could do a treatment on my feet but that I’d have to promise not to wear orthotics again afterward, I was really nervous."
